Planning a transformation blueprint

Adoption Assurance Blueprint

Your Transformation Has a Business Case. What’s the Plan to Realize It?

Turn adoption risks into an accountable plan for achieving transformation value. The Transformation Adoption Assurance Blueprint is a fixed-fee, 6–8 week, evidence-based engagement defining what must change across leadership, workflows, workforce readiness, enablement, and measurement to realize the benefits your transformation was designed to deliver. We establish the actions, accountability, success measures, and executive decisions needed to turn implementation into sustained business performance.

The outcome: A practical adoption assurance roadmap defining what must happen, who owns it, when it must happen, and how leadership will know whether expected business value is being realized.

What the Blueprint covers

Five conditions. One complete plan.

Every Blueprint addresses all five conditions that determine whether a transformation is adopted. Your Snapshot or Risk Scan shows where to start and how deep to go. The Blueprint delivers a plan for each one.

01

Leadership & Purpose

A clear outcome, visible sponsorship, and disciplined decisions.

02

Workflow & Role Clarity

How work, handoffs, and accountability will actually change.

03

Workforce Trust & Readiness

Whether people understand the change, feel heard, and have credible support.

04

Enablement & Support

Whether people are equipped to perform differently, not just informed.

05

Measurement & Sustainment

Whether leaders will know adoption is working, and who owns it after go-live.

A self-assessment shows where leaders believe the risk sits. The Blueprint tests all five conditions with evidence, because the greatest exposure is often in an area that looked strong on paper, and because the conditions affect one another.

The Blueprint journey

Six phases. Six to eight weeks. One clear path.

Over 6 to 8 weeks, we gather evidence, map workforce and workflow impact, identify adoption and business-value exposure, align the decisions leadership must make, and turn it into a prioritized action roadmap.

Week 1

Align

Frame the transformation with the executive sponsor so the Blueprint answers the questions leadership actually needs answered.

OutputConfirmed scope and evidence plan

Weeks 1 to 4

Listen

Gather evidence from the people closest to the work, not just the project plan.

OutputConsolidated evidence base

Weeks 2 to 5

Map

Build a clear picture of what will actually change for roles, decisions, workflows, managers, and employees.

OutputWorkforce and workflow impact picture

Weeks 3 to 6

Assess

Connect people-side conditions to the business value the transformation was funded to deliver.

OutputAdoption risk and business-value exposure

Weeks 5 to 7

Decide

Bring leaders together to align on the decisions that must be made before implementation pressure increases.

OutputExecutive decision priorities

Weeks 6 to 8

Chart

Sequence the adoption actions around the transformation timeline and hand leaders a path they can act on.

OutputAdoption action roadmap and executive readout

Timing shown reflects the full eight-week Blueprint, which includes a built-in diagnostic. When an Executive Adoption Risk Scan has already been completed, the Blueprint starts with that evidence in hand and runs six weeks.

Scope that fits the transformation

One Blueprint. Different levels of complexity.

The engagement scales to the size, reach, and operating complexity of the transformation.

Defined

Contained transformation

One initiative, business unit, wave, or contained stakeholder population.

Complex

Broader exposure

Multiple functions, sites, workflows, or stakeholder groups requiring broader evidence and alignment.

Enterprise

High-stakes transformation

Multi-region, multi-wave, regulated, or high-stakes transformation with significant operating and executive exposure.

What you receive

A Blueprint your leaders can act on.

The Blueprint translates adoption findings into an actionable plan across all five conditions. For each condition, leadership receives the evidence, root causes, required actions, accountable owners, and measures of success—establishing how the organization will move from implementation activity to sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes.

The centerpiece

Condition-by-Condition Adoption Plan

Your Snapshot may point to two priorities. The Blueprint does not stop there. Each of the five conditions gets its own complete plan, with every element in place and a named owner.

Where the Blueprint fits

Build the people side before implementation outpaces adoption.

The Risk Scan shows what is at risk and what leaders must decide now. The Blueprint defines what must change, who owns the actions, and how success will be measured. Your internal team can execute the roadmap, or Change Navigators can provide ongoing assurance or delivery support.

Already completed a Risk Scan? Your investment carries forward. Your Blueprint starts with that evidence in hand, runs six weeks instead of eight, and part of your Risk Scan investment is credited toward it when you continue within 30 days of your readout.

Questions leaders ask

Frequently asked questions

When should we choose the Blueprint instead of the Risk Scan?

Choose the Risk Scan when you need to know what is at risk now. Choose the Blueprint when you need a complete, owned plan for what must change across all five adoption conditions.

How long does it take?

Six to eight weeks. If you have completed a Risk Scan, the diagnostic is already done and the Blueprint runs six weeks.

Who owns the plan afterward?

Your leaders do. The Blueprint clarifies ownership for each action and how progress and adoption will be verified, so it does not depend on us.

Is it fixed-fee?

Yes. The Blueprint is a fixed-fee engagement.

Define the adoption path before the organization is asked to execute it.

Bring the transformation, the business outcomes at stake, and the implementation context. We’ll help determine the people-side strategy needed to protect the value behind the change.
